Does your plant-based diet give your brain and body what it needs?
Take the quizThe Heights Nutritional Study
Sure, every vegan knows they need to take vitamin B12, but what about B1 and B2? Our independent research study showed that 70% of people were deficient in thiamine (B1), and 88% were deficient in riboflavin (B2). So, if you struggle with sleep or energy—that could be why.
Interestingly, we also found low levels of omega 3 and vitamin D too…
Brain food
25% of your brain is made up of omega 3 DHA. It’s vital for everyday brain function, memory, focus, mood, and long-term brain health. But you can’t produce it, and unless you eat a lot of algae, it’s not in your diet.
We include vegan, ethical, and sustainable omega 3—in the quantity your brain and body needs.
Fewer pills, fewer worries
The Smart Supplement can replace up to 20 individual vegan supplements (e.g. omega 3, iron, vitamin D, B-complex), with higher-quality, plant-based nutrients that are more easily absorbed.
Save time, stress, space and money—while having a bigger impact on your brain and body.

The brains behind Heights
Our core team of experts in neuroscience, nutrition, and medicine make every decision when it comes to the Smart Supplement. Constantly evaluating the latest scientific research, they regularly update our formulation to make sure that each Heights bottle contains the latest and most effective nutrition for the brain.
What is NRV?
NRV (formally RDA) stands for Nutrient Reference Value—a government-set recommended daily quantity of a nutrient for the average person.
Certain vitamins and minerals can be toxic in high levels so there’s also designated Safe Upper Limit (SUL). In the Smart Supplement—our doses are carefully chosen based on what the scientific research says is effective and are always well within the SUL.
Why 36% of iron NRV?
Most people get adequate iron from their diet. Vegan sources include pulses, tofu, cashews, most seeds, kale, dried fruits and fortified cereals. And, since iron is fat-soluble and can have side effects at higher levels, it’s important not to go overboard.
This dose also allows people with very low iron levels (like anaemia) to supplement with additional iron alongside Heights.
